Parenting Education Classes for those desiring more information or have been mandated or referred by the court system for more education.The 4 hour long class is available to divorced or divorcing parents of minor children.

Community service oriented clubs providing education and service to families and communities in Robertson County. There are 10 FCE Clubs in the county with a total of 154 members.

Tennessee Shapes Up

Tennessee Shapes Up for Health and Well-being- a walking program aimed at increasing exercise and charting your success.
Current Class, Feb 2 to April 2nd. Monday and Thursday 5PM is Master Your Body and 5:30PM is Tai Chi. No classes on Feb 23 and March 23rd.
Tai Chi and Master Your Body Exercise Programs-
Tai Chi from the Arthritus Foundation is appropiate for individuals with or without arthritus. It is designed to improve your quality of life through movement.
Registration is $56 for both classes, 16 one-hour sessions. On-going classes scheduled through out the year at the Springfield/Robertson County Senior Citizens Center.
Master Your Body Execise Programs are "No Equipment Necessary" Complete Fitness Program. No need for expensive gym membership. MYB is a safe strength training, fun fitness and fat fighter. Recommended 16 sessions for full benefit. Registration fee - $48.00 for 16 sessions
